Barouche Carriage

This elegant carriage is a perfect example of the grandeur of the British Aristocracy.  Built in England in the 1860's, it was sent to India to service the needs of the Maharajah of "Wadwhan", where it remained until the 1970s when we took delivery of it to add to our carriage collection.

With full restoration, it has been enjoyed by countless bridal parties since then.  It seats six inside and two on the rear seat.  The doors open to reveal two fold down steps.  A full hood folds to cover the six interior seats if required.

Cost:  2011 - $950 (plus GST)
